About the Role
Exciting Opportunity for a Registered Manager in Children’s Residential Care
We’re looking for a passionate and experienced Registered Manager to lead and inspire our team while ensuring the highest standards of care for the young people in our homes. This is a fantastic opportunity to work alongside Senior Leaders, contribute to strategic decision-making, and play a key role in shaping the future of residential childcare.
In this role, you will be responsible for the development, implementation, and delivery of company standards, projects, and initiatives. You’ll ensure compliance with all relevant legislative requirements while maintaining an environment that fosters positive outcomes for young people. Key responsibilities include overseeing electronic record-keeping, ensuring effective evidence-based practice, and leading by example to create a nurturing and supportive setting for both young people and staff.
But leadership is more than just management…
Being a Registered Manager is both rewarding and challenging. While you’ll be making a real impact in the lives of young people, the role also comes with administrative and compliance responsibilities. Maintaining accurate records, leading inspections, and ensuring quality standards are met is just as important as building relationships and fostering a culture of care, growth, and development.
Why join us?
We listen to our staff and young people because we believe that to be the best, we must learn from the best. We’re committed to hiring exceptional leaders who share our vision and passion for providing outstanding care. As a Registered Manager, you will have the full support of our senior leadership team to help you succeed and drive excellence within your home.
